Yeah, I saw this when I finished the piece. That was something strange, bu I didn't know what was. The eye mistake was something stupid, I thought that was on the same perspective!

I like the color choice because what I'm looking at here is completely insane if you really think about it, and then the colors just emphasize that.
There's a few small mistakes here that throw off the columns of colors. Going from left to right, and refering to each column as C1, C2, etc.-
C1 top pixel is too short, add a layer to the top of it.
C2-5 each column needs to move up so the pixels step down to the next column instead of being level with it.
C8-9 the entire eye needs to move down one pixel, as do the bottom pixels.
C10 this column and all after it need to move down one pixel.
C14 this column and all after it also need to move down one pixel, except the pixels around the mouth.
...the more I look at it the more of these things I find and I'm starting to get like this
