Anti alias is okay, other than being over aad at some parts, I just don't like the drawing itself. Anatomy is weird and it looks like a man with boobs wearing a dress.
I don't think this is a sensible direction for pixel art. Why not just vector it? It doesn't look clean because you've gone so heavy on the aliasing.
err.. thnx? :D, i can post the w.i.p if you like hehe..
Yup, actually when I drew it there was supposed to be a big demon next to her touching her shoulder xD, i guess i found it unneccesary or something :\..
It's name is "Possessed", so the style and figure looks ok to me - creepy in a way but that's the way it should look when she's possessed (by a demon?), right? :)
If you want it to be a girl, try making the shoulders less wide, and her hips could use a little widening.
I absolutely love it :D The style and the colors are just great, good job!
I'll use these advices , glad you like it ! ..
Thnx guys!
I quite like the AA as I have a feeling that is what you were going for. I must agree with the "boyish" figure however.
Looks cool, but I agree the aa may be a bit much, and her figure seems somewhat boyish to me--the hips are much narrower than the shoulders, and there really isn't much curve to her body at all except for the breasts. Nice expression, though.
Very cool style. You sir, just earned yourself a banana sticker.
I would probably try a different approach at antialiasing (to make it less visible) here and there, but i like the overall effect and idea. Can't say much about anatomy - it's art, right? :) But still, if she's walking sometimes, then you could try to work a little bit at her legs ;) Otherwise i see her hobbling ;)
the main parts which stick out where the anti-aliasing may be too cluttered for the style is in the shoes and the outline of the shape. the thigh to the right might need to be thickened as it's viewed enough at an angle where you would curve the line towards the buttocks. i rather like the wider shoulders, it's a little more androgynous
