This is pretty cool. I like the overall pose and the different poses all the legs are in. There's a few things I think you could work on. One is that the shadows aren't very strong. It's mostly just an ambient light without a clear source, so except for a few spots the whole dragon is pretty much the same tone. There seems to be about 32 colors here, but I was able to reindex this at 16 colors with nearly zero visual difference. So there's probably at least a dozen or more colors that just aren't all that needed. Also, the tail looks like it's actually thicker at the base of it than the section right in front of it that's connecting with the last pair of legs.
That's possible. I've put it on my Deviant and I use it on MagiStream...
Otherwise I don't know where you saw it...
