I like this, it's very good. There's a couple of things I think could be worked on a little. There's 65 colors, including transparency, which is a lot more than I'd expect for something of this size. I was able to reindex this with 32 colors and saw extremely little visual difference. Only by zooming in close or by flipping back and forth between the two versions could I really see a difference. Another thing, although kind of minor, is that there's some banding in a few places. The face is an example, on the lower part of the check on her right. Reworking that to remove the banding helps to avoid blocky looking areas. The shading looks good though and I like pretty much everything else about it.
