I think the colors are a bit boring. You should definitely consider shifting the hues rather just using the light/dark color ramp. Also the dithering makes this look only worse.

You got a ton of jagged pixels that should be cleaned up, and one stray near the santa hat to (our)left.

Lightsource is a bit off. The clothes (Especially the santa hat) suggest the light is coming from the front while the skin shows it coming from the back.
