I thought the same about the shoulders as Onek, looks 80s-esque.  In general, all of your peices have fairly good linework, but the coloring and shading is poor.  For example, inconsistant shading and contrast.  Like you tend to have much lower contrast in skin tones than in other places, and the darkness of outlines differs so much from darker and lighter areas.  I think if you are going to use outline, its value should be more consistant.  Youre colors could use work too, try some hue shifting.  Right now the colors are boring and generic.  Theres some banding on the legs here, and I cant really tell where the light source is.  Make a WIP thread for your next peice, I think you could make some big improvements if you do.
