Without reading your color count, I went into photoshop to see how many colors you used to pull off such a smooth piece. You made so much use of so little. Excellent pixel-pushing!
You don't have to resubmit as new. "Edit it" above and resubmit. Make sure you press the resubmit button atthe bottom of the page.

In order for the fade effect around the edge to be smooth I decided to use a different shade for every frame of the animation save the few idle frames. If it weren't for that it would only be about 4 colors and transparancy.
