This is one of the enemies found in the Hangover: Part II Facebook / iOS / flash game Crouching Monkey Hidden Chow.

A literal comparison of how this enemy operates could be made with Super Mario Bros. Whomp blocks.  She goes up, she comes down...

Live version of the game actually went with a topless version of this and the addition of a censor bar like so:
