Clouds are really really jaggy I love idea and EarthBound reference, but outline is just mess.

The clouds are a bit off, but the hills and construction have a really great organic sense to them.

I really like the ambiance given off by the earthy palette and the composition.

This reminds me of the Eastern Land in Earthbound. It's pretty.

It looks a little better now, it just kinda looked sloppy before in my opinion.

I didn't want to make the clouds smooth for I like pixel art jaggy, as Zawmbee said, and I desired more to render an overall impression about a landscape than to detail things. Though, it is maybe a bit too jaggy. I might rework some curves in the clouds when I have some time, but I'll add no AA.

Nice, but you could use a little AA or/and dithering on the clouds. And a little more colour and details to the city.

 The clouds seem very jaggy in my opinion. Good idea, not sure it was the best execution.
