Nice job, it's a good piece to realise how we perceive volumes differently when colors shift.
I like the 2 color one the best, but that may just be personal preference for that kind of thing. The bottom left is a bit distracting with the spot of black sky that can be seen through the archway/bridge part. That same spot on the other palettes is less noticeable because of lower contrast between the colors. The middle left is good too. I like that one second best.
