Hey thanks, I added the bob and it looks better, I think. I did have a bob in it before but I think it was at the wrong point in the cycle so it looked all wrong and I took it out.

your character should be loosing a bit of hieght during each step and regaining that hight when the legs meet in the middle. i think having a slight bob in the head (up down bob) would help :)
