good process here, reminds me a bit of my own (except i use brushes to block stuff in where you use outlines).  I think the piece benefits from the process as well, I've seen some of your other videos, where you tend to work on a single area, then create a second section, etc. But the all-over technique here is more sensible, I think, to getting a cohesive result.

Ahaha green eyebrows. I think the orig sprite was using that as a light color to show his cornia since white wasn't avialable.
