It's a nice effort, here's a few suggestions that I have.
The colors are very garish. When working in RGB, try avoid using only a single channel (like only red, or only green) as you select colors. For example, you have a green that's 0 red, 255 green, 0 blue. Without any red or blue at all the green is just too intense and hard to look at. The same goes for pure reds and pure blues. Try reducing the green channel for that color and increasing the red and blue to make it more balanced.
The outlines are pure black. A lot of times it's better if outlines, especially on the inside of something (as opposed to around the outside edges), are a dark color other than pure black. Try making the outlines be a darker version of whatever color they're around. So if you're outlining something that's blue, try using a very dark blue instead of black.
There's a finger coming out of his elbow, and it looks like you were drawing bat wings instead of pteranodon wings.
Let's suppose that they're meant to be bat wings. Look at this example- link
The bones are pretty much just the same as a human, just at different lengths and with some extra skin between them. That spikey part you have sticking out of the top part of the wing is the thumb. The part it's coming out of is the hand, and all of the other fingers should really be coming from that same point. One of those fingers you have coming out of the part that's actually his elbow.
Since these are actually pteranodon wings, here's a couple of examples for them- link 1 - link 2
It's more like an actual arm than with a bat wing. One finger is longer than the others, and the skin stretched between that one finger and the body.
Thanks, I'll go ahead and do that!
