For the moving parts weekly challenge.  31 frames, 15 colors counting transparency.

This is my second gif; I used a different program from last time, GIMP, which took some work to figure out.  I think there's a lot more that could be done with this piece, but I'm out of time and I'm not certain what I want.  Maybe you guys could make your own cool modifications and just use this as your base.  : o

Edit:  Thanks for the encouragement; there are now eyes!

Thank you!  I think I'll try to edit some in, as it was my original plan to do so anyway.  I still want to try to make a hippo launcher if there's time.
