Shading and outline on some parts could be better, but other than that it's quite good.
Why everyone should have a tail? is a reptile without a tail, more human, as I imagine them really.
You tell me where they hide the tail on the costumes of human .. 
Looks fantastic. Great anatomy. But yeah... the tail is missing.
He looks like a peon. The greater reptilians got horns on tha head. ;)
so you really need to animate this, if only for the eyes blinking.
