I think the top left corner one is the best of these, but the top right corner is good too.
I notice that a lot of them seem to have the same legs, but they look too short and bow legged. Try to avoid making legs be mirror images of each other. When people stand they tend to put more weight on one leg or another, usually whichever one is at the back. Also be careful about drawing the feet pointing in opposite directions. Sometimes you can do that, if it's a very small sprite (like this), but the larger the sprite is the more people expect to see it in proper proportion with real anatomy.
