I'm pretty sure this is what almost every day is like in Japan. =)

This is my first time pixeling anything anime related, and also the first finished thing I've made with this 4 color palette. It's also the lowest color count I've used on anything so far. There's a few similar 3-5 color palettes I made around the same time that I made this palette. I hope to make more very low color count pictures like this.

Really cute, and I definitely think you're right that this is what Japan is like.
