Should work for a Sega Genesis game give or take one color.  I find this adorable.

Yeah; never said this was NES-style though.  Just using colors from the NES palette.
But, yes, she has too many colors for a single sprite.  :P
I'll defend myself by saying she's made Rockman-style. XD
