Nice job on your first pixel art. The tree branches look like they came out well and I like the way the bricks get darker near the ground.
I'm noticing a couple of issues here. One is that you've used gradients which actually disqualify this as being "pixel art" (at least on this website). The whole focus of pixel art is to manually and intentionally control where pixels go and what colors they'll be, and a tool like a gradient would be considered an NPA (non pixel art) tool since the computer is deciding for you what color each pixel will be and where to place them.
There's also 2210 colors here. I think a lot of them are because of the gradients. A major focus in pixel art is to use only the amount of colors needed to make something. Extra colors beyond that aren't needed. This could actually be made with maybe 32 colors and look nearly identical to how it is now. The gradients won't be as smooth, but otherwise it'd look nearly the same.
Try setting a goal like "for this I'll use 16 colors" and see if you can make it with whatever palette you chose at the beginning of working on something.
