The site has a built in zoom function, it’s best to submit at 1x most of the time. We require unnecessary backgrounds to be transparent, you can do that with giffy or iaza.com if your own program doesn’t have that function. This is being sent back primarily for quality issues though. You may find it helpful to read through the pixel art tutorial.
Main problems I see are low contrast, banding, and poor understanding of anatomy and volumes. Shoulders are too wide, neck/trap region is absent, the hands are just featureless balls, and the torso is too big for the legs. The feet are oddly shaped and one looks much bigger than the others. The arms are long tubes, if it’s something like chain mail then we should see the separate parts of the arm a bit better, if it’s platemail then there need to be plates, or else he’s pretty immobile. If it’s supposed to be dark inside it’s helmet then having it actually darker in the helmet than around it would help get that across. Use references for both armor and anatomy, in the age of google images there’s really no excuse not to do a bit of studying on the forms you’re trying to portray.
