I agree with cure on the AA, but aside of that it's a really neat sprite! Great lighting and I just love these thick clustery outlines

About the banding I think i fixed the mentioned areas, regarding the aa I removed the light blue which was only used on the teeth, to make the aa less blurry.
I like the eyes, very psychotic. there's banding in a few spots (foot on our left- the purple bars trapped by the blue highlight, 45 degree banding at the top of that leg, etc). AA on the inside of the mouth feel just a bit heavy.
Sorry for the confusion, this was actually posted in 2011. Back then there were discussions on pixelation.org initiated by Helm about prefering clusters/minimizing the use of single pixels. Nowadays this approach seems to be much more widely used. I could've sworn I made an edit addressing the AA back then, it looks like it is more accepted to not use AA or rather place the clusters in a manner that makes it less necessary. I recently asked for the reactivation of my pieces, wasn't expecting them to show up on the main page. Sorry again for the mess.
