bit simple for the gallery. you can see how someone could easily create ten of these a day and submit a bunch of little doo-dad pixels. simple stuff like this is better off in a collection of related simple items, or expanded upon (like a whole body)
you can use it for an avatar regardless of whether or not it's allowed in the gallery though.
