This is good except the clouds. Improve them or remove them!
Terraria could definitely use barrels and mechanisms like what you posted there, though it could use a similarly high level of pixel-art skill more.
It does look better than the original! Reminds me of the style of Braid.
Edit: Or maybe more like Scribblenauts...
i heard about that game, terraria, it seems to be very good pixeled ^^
loads better than the orginal art. Could be a bit better technique wise though, but very nice regardless.
