Nice. The river doesn't need an outline, and is probably too blue. The bend in the background looks in the wrong perspective.

I love it. Is this for a game? It all looks wonderful, but if I were to be really critical, I would say that the road looks a bit confusing in the sense that it might be mistaken for a stone wall. Maybe it's just me.
