Wow, you are definitely an odd artist. Looking at this and your other works, I can tell that you have an amazing sense of color, highlights and most af all, motion. All your acts have a clear and strong motion, even if they are in idle stance. Still, your sense of proportion, angle, well, your drawing generally, needs a lot of improvement. Plus, the shading isn't very good, because, while the contrasts are excellent, when you use such high contrasts, you need anti-aliasing. I'd recommend you to download better pixel art software, it seems to me like you use Paint which might be slowing you down.
It just looks like you used a tablet and Paint which would be fine if you cleaned it up. Don't get me wrong I like the style but I think you're mistaking pixel art for something you draw with 1px pencil.
Nice start! Just work on smoothing it out a bit more and it'll look great. I do love the design of the monster and people, though.
Your stuff has a very unique look, with very sharp contrasts to the colors. It reminds me of TurboGrafx-16/Pc Engine cinemas.
The style of the water doesn't match the style of the figures... the colors are sharply delineated on the larger figure but smoother on the background which is disconcerting. That being said, I like the starkness of the figure and don't neccessarily agree that the piece needs dithering, personally I sometime like the sharp color separation look. I do think the three figures appear to belong to three different pieces but that may just be me. Nice palette also.
