its nice though there are a few issues. First, I dont think the dotted outline is adding anything. Second, some of the details get kind of lost and its kind of blurry at 1x. At this small size try to make it a crisp as you can to improve readability. I like the freckles, though they arent very noticable at 1x.
Well, now I see it) You're quite right. And I noticed another ugly moment... Anyway there is much to learn) And I decided not to fix my old works to see progress in improving my skills. (Sorry if the sentenсe is full of mistakes)

The jawline is pretty harsh compared the the general smoothness. It should be anti-aliased, or removed altogether. The mouth is a bit uncertain.
