Rough mockup of one game I'm working on. I call it rough because it's my first actual try & go at this level/sprite design. Because of our change of plot/theme/plans/everything the tileset and sprites you see here I have decided to forget and am now starting over with a new design with some slight resemblance to the style here. Heart on the hud is supposed to be animated (here) and for being so proud of it myself I plan to keep it to future versions backed up with few tweaks.

This piece is finished and I will put the following crit and feedback to good use for my next version.
