I knew straight away that this was you;) The red haired girl looking up is nice, but it looks as though she would have difficulty holding that balance unless the stick was propping her up. Also I reckon relaxing the arm holding the stick would help define the arm a little more in regards to shape and creases, as the arm held out straight looks a little awkward.
I really like the angle of her face.
With the other character, there seems to be a bit of strange deformity with the armpit arears but I dig those toenails on her feet!

Great style and proportions here. What's up with the blonde's staff though, it looks incredibly rushed, what's the bottom/head suppose to be? Bronze/Wood?
It's hard to work on such large things, i think this is very good!
