I do agree with you on the rainbow, though it was the only method that I could think of doing at the time to make it have a "transparent" look (that was done before the site's system could support png files).
Everything is so bright and alive...i really like it.
Just one thing...that rainbow, although i know it's one of your older works, should be redone...dithering that way doesn't really match the rest of the style.
