Looking great - and looks like a nice genre mix up too. I'd nitpick about the second character's face, which seems a tad less defined when compared to the first portrait, but this is pretty.
Great piece! I like everything in this, it'd make a good game. Ididn't notice the shark at first, but you appropriated the round's theme very well.

P.S: You got an output error in your HUD; The dead third player has 000 HP, where it should be just a single zero. For an instance, look at the second player's HP, it has two digits. If it had 047 HP it would be a legit output.
I wonder if that matteres for your competition.
