very good, i actually love the design of the shadows

It reminds me of Secret of Mana, which is a good thing! I agree, though, that the shadows look too boxy and regular; they ought to be as leafy as the trees themselves.

Love the leafes and the insects.

instant fav! love the blue reflecting light. there should be some of it on the trunk as well. why is the floor shading in double wide pixels?

Great pixeling :) but the trees ground shadow dithering looks out of place.
