Plain white backgrounds are very frowned upon; are you having trouble with transparency, or is there a reason for the white?
I get the feeling you're using a translator, because that was jibberish... e_e From what I can gather, you don't think it makes a difference that you have a white background, but it's just their rules. ^_^ Hope you can get it revised.
