The out-thrust fist seems unfinished but I like the piece as a whole...

The hue of the orange palette is too straight. You're not using desaturated colors enough, not to mention the orange needs some very bright colors to look more like an orange. Probably you could fix this piece in 1 minute.

I'm new to pixel art, but this piece is hilarious :D.

Nice to see you finally move a little from the bad habits you have been showing. Still could be much better illustrated and colored from a technical standpoint but for you this is very good.
