Heh, I figured you'd make something for a super hero theme.  Good to see some more work from you.  The melted part at the bottom is the biggest issue with this.  I feel as if you have highlights where they don't necessarily belong, such as the ones away from the light source.  Also, the grass or swamp that he's standing on makes him look pasted on, he isn't casting any shadows or ruffling any grass to make it seem like he's acutally there!

Now, above the bottom part is absolutely fantastic!
