I think you should practice shading geometric forms, like spheres. the shading here makes the characters look a bit flat. the gradient in the swords doesn't add anything. there's banding here, namely on the banana

I think this looks cool, but there are a few issues I would sort out.
1) You've just copy-pasted and flipped the swords. It means one of them has a wrong light source.
2) The design of the swords makes no sense. Specifically, the hilt.
3) The way you've shaded the orange is a bit strange. Perhaps you could look more at how other people have shaded spheres and apples.
