Darkened the outline colour as you suggested and tweaked a couple others. For the better I think.

Love the design and the glowy colors! The angles of his extra arms on the sides seem to break the line of action. I would darken the darkest color to keep the meticulous details from melding into the shadows. Going a tad darker won't kill the glowing look of the palette either. Solid sprite regardless.

I can't believe this only got two comments, this is a really cool design.
