Top-notch, though there is quite a bit of banding especially around the sun and cloud, as well as the AA around the boarder looks quite bad due to pixeljoints grey default background.

The mouth is weird, but that's a matter of style I guess. Outlines on the insects wings make them looks solid, not the best option. Don't AA the borders to transparency, it makes an ugly fringe of bright pixels on the default PJ theme.
This is definitely a neat piece, but you do have some banding going on in places and your AA isn't 100% effective. Still, gotta love the character and aesthetic of the piece.
You're very skilled, you made me think this was a drawing at first, very professional.
Rather than AAing outside the outlines you should AA the outlines themselves. This would look better on those birds for instance.
The scene looks very sweet and the way you pixeld it looks great, but I have to admit that the white lines at the top-corners are a bit odd. o.O
It is delightful, but the fringing in top looks strange.
