The amount of dithering works wonders for this, good job.

But I agree as well that the forehead is too tall...

I like the over-dithering on the face too, it gives it a rough scaly look. I agree with surt though the top of the head looks to high and needs lowering. other than that a great pic. :)

I dig the face and the over-dither, but the top of the head is way too tall. Half the image is forehead.
