This is just a sprite I quickly put together for my attempt at Ludum Dare #21, on the theme "Escape." It was done in haste, so don't worry about it too much. I'm gonna remake it with all the good stuff for animation later: shoulder and hip movements, etc.

Ludum Dare is a competition where game developers attempt to make a game, from scratch, in 48 hours.

Here's what my game was looking like.

I decided to make it a proper game now, so I'll probably retouch the animation and make some more. I'll post them here once I'm done.

This means I'm aware of the pixels on the head being different and the size of the torso being different.

By the way, I left the teal background because the gray shirt doesn't play well with Pixel Joint's default theme.

 Nossa  cara não acredito que você voltou a postar pixel art, ja fazia 1 ano que não postava, eu sempre gostei dos teus pixel arts e eu também sou brasileiro como da pra ver kk, enquanto o pixel art, muito bom, o estilo do jogo é bem legal !

The game looks great -- unique visuals and world projection. I can totally imagine being chased from room to room or hunting for clues.

 the running one is really nice :)

the walking animation looks a bit stiff... i think mainly because of the shoulders....maybe make them move back and forth a bit
