I'm a little confused about the perspective and what's water/sky, but it still looks great and the ship is beautiful.
The amount of detail is amazing, the composition is stellar and you really made perfect use of the palette.

I'm really impressed by the amount of details you've managed to include in such a small space, and the way you've used the palette. However, f I didn't know about the theme of the challenge, I would probably wonder about the cross in the middle of the sky (which I'm guessing is some kind of flying magician wreaking havoc).
I was going to say what an awesome palette, then I recognized it's the disturbing palette of the challenge :) Good work as always :)
Edit: The front ship looks a bit empty, you could add ropes and ladders etc.
