Yep, still :) I think there is a one frame lag - hard to notice 
. As for the speed, it looks ok at 10/100 even if browser changing it, but yes I set it for 0 delay. Thanks for comments 
Very cool anim. Does it play at the speed you wanted it to? You shouldn't use 0 frame delay, as browsers will change that to 0.1" for most of them. It happens to fit this piece well though, unless you planned a more brisk walk.
@ yrizoud: it already does, on the downward move. I'm afraid more would be too much.
Have you tried making the hair animation "lag" one frame behind? It would make the hair feel more fluid and reacting to the head bounce.
The animation is pretty smooth, but i must agre with jalonso, there are way too many colors in this sprite.
