Nice shading, but the anatomy could be better. 

Some of the proportions seem a bit wrong but i still quite like this piece.

Mmm, femur... Looks good, but the pose is kind of weird. She seems to just be standing up and down, except she's bending her knees like she's working out some intestinal issue.  I like the use of pink and purple on her skin though.

The femur is the thigh bone correct? I shortened the thigh a bit, is it  better?
