I remember seeing this as a WIP-thread in the forums and I must say I really like how it turned out.
Great work on the pose and the positioning of the fingers and well done with the dithering and textures! 
i think it turned out really good, especially love the fingers and toes along with the blue colors you have. Theres is probably some technical stuff to point at, i dont got the experience to say exactly what to do but i guess some AA on her left (our right) arm can take care of those pointy edges on the outline.
Very nicely done, except that dithering does not at all help it. I don't think any is needed at all.
The head is probably a little bit too large.
