I feel like the highlights in the hair stick out a bit too much, makes me wish there was an intermediate colour between the highlight colour and the muted orange that the highlights connect to.  For what it's worth, that only bugs me when viewing the piece at 100%, zooming in makes this less of an issue for me.

Otherwise, nice work, I dig the style.
