Could you show it? Because i think it's quite easy to add arms to this sprite - black hair is a good background both for skin tone and for white sleeves. Following the flow seems that big palms of hands should fit allright, place them to the left and to the right of jeans where transparency is now. The rest looks very good, so there's a chance to quickly make really great sprite out of it.

Very nice palette. Proportions are fitting for character, but I think that he needs arms (at least putin the pockets if you want to save overall shape).
