you should fix the detailes that dissapear behind the fire, as mentioned before. On the animation try to get each frame and do like math where x is equal to each frame.
x+x/2 = new frame
if you understand me try to kinda morth between frames, and also speep up eache frame 3x
Alone, each frame deserves a 4, but the animation is not too good.
Don't get too disappointed because of this, by the way: making GIF animation is not too easy sometimes, so you did a decent job for a Level 2 pixel artist, and that's a nice stepping stone. Please continue drawing. =)
Messy animation, thought the colors you used on the fire are well picked.
But you really should fix the stones and grass (i presume) that appear and dissapear behind the flames.
