Well, there's three white colors [255,255,255] and one actually is transparent; it's the odd "artefacts" at the bottom.
we prefer all background that do not serve a particular purpose be made transparent. unless this is specifically meant to be viewed on a white background. if your pixelling program doesn't support transparency, then you can use iaza.com of download giffy.
