its not a great edit because I had to do it fast, but in making it I noticed many of the things that you need to do to improve the likeness. In addition to everything cels said here are some things to do:
First, the way you drew the face makes his face look very smooth and feminine. Take another look at the reference and youll see the cheekbones have a particular structure to them, you need to pay attention to this, and the shape of his jaw. Overall his face isnt as smooth as what you showed. Also re-examine the shape of his eyes and eyebrows.
My general advice is to forget your preconceived ideas of what eyes nose and mouth look like and examine the specific structure of his eys nose and mouth. Also its not just about drawing the features, pay attention to the particular structure of his entire face. Dont mind my edit too much but rather re-examine your reference.
I can see the resemblance, which is impressive. A few things that stand out to me:
1) While Brad Pitt does have a very square face, the top of his skull is not as square as in this image.
2) I think you have exaggerated his chin too much. The curve from the edges of the jaw to the tip of the chin seems too sharp.
3) The nose is too small.
4) The face should be longer. Brad Pitt's face is more of a rectangle than a perfect square.
5) I would make the mouth slightly wider and a bit more pale (unless they're actually smeared with blood, in which case it should probably look a bit more messy and less like lipstick)
