As far as his legs are concerned though I wasn't going for realism there, that's hust how I draw legs. xD Thanks for the feedback though. Appreciate it.

As 13 37 (I assume his name is meant to be pronounced "leet") said the feet are on an odd angle and creases need to be improved.
Other points are his legs which seem too thin, particularly the right leg. Also, the gun looks unrealistic. Add a flash and remove circle.
Other than that, great!
The left foot (our left, his right) looks a bit weird to me. The positioning just looks unnatural and, well, almost painful actually. It needs to be pointing forward a little more, about 20-40 degrees maybe? I'm not sure on that bit, you'd just need to adjust until you were happy with it.
Also, the creases on his shirt (is it a shirt? I'm sure it is... I'll call it a shirt) look a little weird, and the front is a bit flat looking. Study clothes more, look at the creases and folds, it might help you.
Other than that, it's a pretty nice piece. I really like the style you've got here, and if you just refine and perfect it a bit it could be amazing.
