Try giving tree leaves and the grass on the floor a different palette to help differentiate the tiles. Perhaps giving the trees a darker tone than the ground or vice versa will help.
Definitely listen to what the below commenters are saying about visual priority, brightness, saturation etc. But I really like what you're doing here, and your tiles do have quite a bit of whimsical appeal and beauty.
I thought it was a turkey. I had to look a few times to notice it was human.
It burns my eyes. Those trees look squished together and flat, the sunflowers need shadows, and a darker outline, and the grass looks more like a cloverfield than grass.
its difficult to read that character cus looks like its face is melted to the grass. Also this on needs contrast...
